150,000 3T3 cells were seeded in a 6-well plate the day before transfection.
Enzyme activity of a housekeeping gen was determined 48 hr after a single transfection of different
amounts of siRNA. When 1 ug of siRNA (70 pmol) was complexed with 20 ul SAINT-RED an inhibition of
75% was found. Final concentration of siRNA is 25nM.
